What products do you carry?
We stock TVs, laptops and desktops, smartphones and tablets, and home appliances (fridges, washers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners) from major brands. Tell me what you're after and I'll help.
What is your A/S (repair) and warranty policy?
Diagnosis is free. All in-store repairs carry a 3-month workshop warranty on the repaired part. Products bought from us keep their full manufacturer warranty, and we handle the maker's A/S on your behalf.
How long does a repair take?
Simple repairs are often same-day. Anything needing parts is usually 3β5 business days β we'll call you with a quote before doing any work.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes β large items (TVs, appliances) can be delivered and installed. Home installation visits start at $40 depending on the job.
Do you buy or trade in old devices?
We do trade-ins on phones, laptops, and TVs in working condition. Bring the device and I can have a specialist quote you a trade-in value.
